How do I book a stay?
Booking with us is simple. Simply get in touch with your required dates, sex and age of your Dachshund, neutered status and any important information we may need to know about. We will then respond to you confirming if your selected date of stay is available.

How do I pay?
A non-refundable 25% deposit is due upon booking (please not we do note provisionally hold dates) and this can be paid via bank transfer or card payment. The remaining balance for your Dachshund stay is due prior to drop off and this can also be paid for by bank transfer or card payment using our card machine.
What if I need to cancel?
In the event you cancel a booking, any payments you have made to secure that booking are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if your final balance payment becomes overdue prior to your Dachshunds stay and we are unable to contact you to obtain payment. Any payments you have made up to that point will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
